Mareva injunction Procedure based on an interlocutory prohibitory injunction, whereby the court comes to a creditors aid when the debtor (resident or non-resident) has absconded or is overseas but has assets in this country. The assets required to satisfy a judgment or expected judgment are temporarily frozen.
